PLEASE INSPECT ALL PRODUCTS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY AND KEEP ALL PACKAGING SAFE AND IN GOOD CONDITION FOR RETURN.

RETURNS PROCESS

If you wish to return an item which falls within our terms & conditions policy, please firstly open a return request. You can do this by contacting us at prestigeinteriordevelopments@gmail.com. Please include your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for return.

Once your return has been agreed you then have up to 14 Days from delivery to return your goods back to our warehouse at Interiors Home Stores, Unit 21, Mercury Quays, Ashley Lane, Shipley, BD17 7DB. 

Please be aware – Returned items must be in a re-saleable condition.
Items must be fully packaged with no signs of damage or installation. This is essential & may affect your refund.


ONLINE PURCHASES
 

14 DAYS CANCELLATION
Items purchased online come with a 14 day from delivery money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can request a return up to 14 days from the date of delivery.

Please notify us the date of delivery and ensure all items are returned:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• Show no signs of installation
• Both product & packaging are in good resalable condition

Made to Order Items
Please be aware ‘Made to Order’ items cannot be returned once the order has been placed with the manufacturer (15 days before your initial delivery date).
Made to Order items are specifically ordered to your requirements. Example of these items tongue & grove wall panels, whirlpool & spa baths and stone earth bespoke furniture. these items will be highlighted to you in-store or at checkout.

Tiles
Due to tile batch numbers unfortunately we cannot accept returns on tile orders. 

 Glass Screen & Shower Enclosures

Please make sure to check all dimensions and codes on boxes before opening shower enclosures and glass screens. Once these items are opened, they cannot be repackaged and will be deemed as none-resalable, thus cannot be returned as unwanted.

REPORTING DAMAGES


On delivery, please inspect all boxes and report obvious damage and shortages to your local store or to our customer service team on 01274 050566 within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help speed up the replacement we may request photographic evidence of damages. Upon receiving these we will immediately send out replacements for you.

After the 24-hour inspection period, it will be assumed that obvious damage and shortages occurred during your possession and we cannot be held accountable for mistreated or misplaced items.
